OVER 40 ISRAELI DIAMOND COMPANIES EXHIBITING AT THE JCK SHOW

More than 40 Israeli diamond companies will be exhibiting at this year’s prestigious JCK show in Las Vegas, taking place between Friday, June 3 and Monday, June 6, 2016 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

 

 

The participating Israeli diamond companies will be offering diamonds of all varieties, from very large natural diamonds to colored diamonds and fancy shapes, as well as other gemstones. The Israel Diamond Institute Group of Companies is hosting the Israeli Diamond Pavilion and will be using its proprietary Find Your Diamond software in order to enable diamond buyers to easily source the diamonds that they seek. The JCK Show, which serves as the gateway to the United States diamond market, will be featuring a number of events related to diamonds. The Israel Diamond Institute Group of Companies will be hosting an exclusive event on Friday June 3 which will feature Israel Diamond Exchange President Yoram Dvash and Israel Diamond Institute Chairman Shmuel Schnitzer.

 

 

A GIA seminar called ‘Identifying Diamond Treatments’ will include a presentation and a hands-on lab presenting information on the nature and treatment of diamonds including laser drilled, fracture filled, HPHT, irradiation, and multiple treatment processes. Another GIA seminar titled ‘Identifying Synthetic Diamonds’ will present information on HPHT and CVD-grown synthetic diamonds and how to separate them from natural diamonds.

 

 

The Rapaport annual State of the Diamond Industry presentation by Martin Rapaport will cover the outlook for diamond demand and supply, as well as providing a forecast of prices going into the Christmas season.

 

 

The NPD Group Chief Industry Analyst Marshal Cohen will present an interactive review of the dynamics of the diamond industry at an event called ‘Diamond Dynamics and the Consumer Experience’. Cohen will explore emerging consumer buying behaviors and attitudes and will bust myths about today’s consumer and diamonds. Cohen will also provide insights from the first and only detailed view into point-of-sale information into the diamond industry.
