The CIBJO Congress 2013 in Tel Aviv, hosted by the Israel Diamond Institute, featured open sessions, committee meetings, and social events including a cocktail evening and a gala dinner, in which CIBJO officers were honored for outstanding work, Israeli diamond companies were honored for excellence, and IDI Chairman Moti Ganz was honored with the Order of Merit.
