Pangolin Diamond Corp. has announced that former De Beers chief executive Gareth Penny has been appointed non-executive chairman of its board, Gem Konnect reports.
Penny is currently the non-executive chairman of MMC Norilsk Nickel, a company engaged in nickel, palladium, platinum and copper production. He is also non-executive director and RemCo chairman of Julius Bar Holding Limited, a listed Swiss bank focused on wealth management.
Pangolin has seven exploration projects in Botswana.
