Victoria’s Secret has introduced this year’s Fantasy Bra – the Champagne Nights Fantasy Bra. In a press release, Victoria’s Secret said that “Angel Lais Ribeiro will wear the Fantasy Bra for the first time on runway in the 2017 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show”, on November 28.
According to the company, the bra is valued at $2 million. It was designed by Swiss jeweler Mouawad and features “diamonds, yellow sapphires and blue topaz in 18 karat gold”. The bra weighs “more than 600 carats” and took “almost 350 hours to create”. It is embellished with nearly 6,000 precious gemstones.
Last year, Victoria’s Secret introduced the “Bright Night Fantasy” bra, valued at $3 million. Designed by Eddie Borgo and handcrafted in jewels by AW Mouzannar, the “Bright Night Fantasy” 2016 bra was decorated with more than 9,000 precious stones, weighed more than 450 carats, and set with diamonds and emeralds in 18-karat gold. According to the Victoria’s Secret, it took nearly 700 hours to create.
