THE FRENCH GEM: MARION COTILLARD MAKES FILM HISTORY

Marion Cotillard, a French actress, singer and songwriter (as well as spokesperson for Greenpeace and known environmentalist) is one of the few actresses to actually make film history. In 2007, she won the Academy Award, BAFTA Award, Cesar Award, and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for her role as Edith Piaf in La Vie en Rose – thus becoming the first actor to win an Academy Award for a performance in the French language.

Cotillard has been the face of Lady Dior handbags since 2008 and has appeared on more than 200 magazine covers worldwide. Her love of high fashion and high-end accessories is showcased whenever she attends a show or a premier. In Cannes film festival in 2014, she was spotted wearing a Christian Dior Couture frock with a fishtail hem and booties, as well as Chopard diamond-pave chain-link necklace, according to Vogue.

At the last SAG Awards, Cotillard again opted for Chopard: she wore a platinum necklace set with 54 carats of round and marquise-cut diamonds by the Swiss jeweler.
