Gina Rodriguez, an American actress born in 1984, rose to international fame after she landed a role as Jane Villanueva in the CW comedy-drama series Jane the Virgin. For that, she won a Golden Globe Award in 2014.
Born in Chicago, Illinois, Rodriguez is the youngest of three sisters. On the red carpet, she has long since shed her modest middle-class roots for some glamour and bling.
At the 67th Annual Emmy Awards, for instance, she went for a total Forevermark look: she wore 5.73-carat earrings with fancy shaped Forevermark Diamonds set in 18k white gold; three bracelets, each weighing 2.46 carats; another 4.43-carat bracelet with round brilliant diamonds, and a 7.13-carat cushion ring with pink halo set in platinum.
