Born in 1978, Marisa Lee Miller is an American model best known for her work in in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue and for Victoria’s Secret. Her work for both companies began in 2002. Five years later, she became a Victoria’s Secret Angel. In 2008, she appeared, for the first time, on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. She has since landed spokesperson contracts with Harley-Davidson and the NFL, becoming the first female spokesperson for both.
In 2009, Miller unseated another supermodel – Gisele Bundchen – from a luxurious gig, when she was chosen to wear Victoria’s Secret’s Fantasy Bra at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. The $3 million bra, which was created by Damiani, was later featured in the Victoria’s Secret Christmas Dreams & Fantasies Catalogue.
