USA: Watch and Jewelry Sales Rise Again in July

Watch and jewelry sales in the U.S. saw another recovery in July, as reported by IDEX Online.

According to the report, U.S. jewelry and watch sales in July increased by 5.9% compared to the same month last year. This marks the sharpest annual increase recorded so far this year and the ninth consecutive month of sales growth in the jewelry and watch sector. It is also the third consecutive month of annual sales growth, following a 3% rise in May and a 4.6% rise in June.

The U.S. Department of Commerce reported adjustments to sales data for the months of April to June, noting that overall sales were lower than initially reported. Specifically, June sales increased by 4.2%, not 6.2% as previously reported.
