Lebanese jeweler Mouawad has created a lavish sapphire and diamond crown for the winner of the 2023 Miss Universe competition. According to IDEX Online, the crown is valued at $5.75 million.
Dubbed “The Force for Good Crown”, the piece “features 108.44 carats of blue sapphire and 48.12 carats of white diamond, with a pear-shaped 45.14 carat sapphire as its highlight.”
Mouawad has been creating the Miss Universe crown since 2019. The 2019 “Power of Unity Crown” was set with over 1,770 white diamonds, including a 62.83-carat shield-cut canary yellow stone at its center.
