NEW YORK: REUVEN KAUFMAN RE-ELECTED AS DDC PRESIDENT

Reuven Kaufman has been re-elected as the President of the Diamond Dealers Club (DDC) of New York. According to IDEX Online, the other elected officials are Israel Ashkenazy as Vice-President; Abraham Einhorn as Treasurer; and Elliot Krischer as Secretary.

 

In late January, the DDC inaugurated its new trading floor at the International Gem Tower in Manhattan. The new trading floor was inaugurated at the seventh India Diamond Week, in which the DDC, in conjunction with the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC), hosted 60 exhibitors and several hundred buyers.

 

DDC President Reuven Kaufman said: “We are so proud to inaugurate our brand-new trading floor with the fulfillment of our mission to create business opportunities for our members. This year, as in years past, large quantities of goods have been bought and sold at the Diamond Dealers Club in New York […]”.
