Sotheby’s Hong Kong’s Magnificent Jewels sale, scheduled for April 20, will put up for sale a 63.66-carat Cartier bracelet estimated to sell at $5.1 to $8.4 million, IDEX Online reports.

The Art Deco-inspired bracelet features a flawless D-color 63.66-carat pear-shaped white diamond and rock crystal. According to the report, it took “almost 2,000 hours to create”. Another highlight is a Circle of Happiness jadeite bangle weighing 277.673 carats. The auction will also include pieces by “Boucheron, Bulgari, Cartier, Chanel, Chopard, Graff, Harry Winston, Hermes, Sotheby’s Diamonds and Van Cleef & Arpels”.

According to Wenhao Yu, deputy chairman of jewellery at Sotheby’s Asia, “the appetite for high-quality jewels has never been stronger in Asia, with discerning collectors looking for rare diamonds and gemstones, as well as unique and iconic designs”.
