Yossi Harari is an Israeli jewelry designer and manufacturer who creates unique, one-of-a-kind pieces for Hollywood’s A-list. Some of the entertainment industry stars that have sported his hand-crafted jewelry over the years include Oprah Winfrey, Celine Dion, Sarah Jessica Parker, Demi Moore, Bette Midler and Elizabeth Hurley.
His trademark pieces are fashioned from hammered 24 karat gold and polished diamonds cut in old-fashioned styles.
An industry veteran of twenty years, Harari demonstrated his interest in the jewelry trade even before he entered his teenage years. When he was only eleven years old, he re-designed a diamond ring for his own mother.
Naturally, Harari supplemented his talent and drive with professional training, receiving gemology and jewelry design degrees from the Los Angeles branch of the Gemological Institute of American and an art history degree from Tel Aviv University.
Harari opened a workshop in Istanbul, Turkey in 1992, and seven years later he began to sell his wares at Jennifer Shanker’s Muse Imports in New York City.
