GOLDEN GLOBE GLITTER: WHICH JEWELRY SPARKLED ON THE RED CARPET?

Hollywood A-listers came to the 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards prepared to sparkle. Here are some of most glittering diamond jewelry pieces worn by the world’s most famous celebrities on the red carpet.

According to Gem Konnect, platinum jewelry was a major hit with some of the winners and nominees of the night. For example, Emma Stone, who won a Golden Globe for Best Actress for her role in “La La Land”, wore Tiffany platinum jewelry – “including a 1909 diamond necklace, diamond earrings and three-row diamond rings”, according to the website.

Viola Davis, who won an award for best supporting actress for her role in “Fences”, wore diamond hoop earrings and a diamond bracelet, both set in platinum – all totaling more than 90 carats of diamonds.

Sienna Miller, Naomie Harris, Natalie Portman and Israel’s own Gal Gadot all wore platinum jewelry by Tiffany’s, while Mandy Moore, Anna Kendrick and Evan Rachel Wood chose platinum settings by Neil Lane. Lily Collins, Kristen Bell and Thandie Newton all chose diamond pieces set in platinum by Harry Winston.

Drew Barrymore, who presented an award in the show, outdid many of her “platinum peers” by donning more than $2.5 million of Harry Winston diamonds set in platinum – including diamond drop earrings, a cluster diamond ring and an emerald-cut diamond rock band.

According to Diamond World, quite a few stars chose to sport Forevermark diamonds, including Game of Thrones’ actress Sophie Turner, who wore classic stud earrings; Janelle Monae, nominated for her roles in “Moonlight” and “Hidden Figures”, wore unique diamond ear cuffs and multiple rings; and Best Actress in a Comedy nominee Hailee Steinfeld donned a multiple diamond ring with seven rings and a diamond statement necklace by Forevermark. Giuliana Rancic, the veteran E! Host, sported Forevermark drop diamond earrings and a ring set with a fancy yellow diamond.
