Michelle Monaghan started out her life in a small town in Iowa but she’s since made her way to Hollywood and landed herself some choice roles on the silver screen. The film industry recognized her with Best Supporting Actress nominations for her role in 2005’s tongue-in-cheek crime comedy Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, a co-nomination for Best Acting Ensemble in 2007’s mystery movie Gone Baby Gone and the Best Actress award for the starring role in the independent drama Trucker. At the opening of the Fenton / Fallon boutique in New York City in September 2009, Monaghan wore a cross-covered polished diamond collar necklace. In this year’s thriller Penthouse North, Monaghan starred as a blind women who falls prey to thieves who want to steal her diamonds.
