The 41st World Diamond Congress will take place in Singapore from July 12-15. The event is jointly organized by the World Federation of Diamond Bourses (WFDB) and the International Diamond Manufacturers Association (IDMA).
The Congress will bring together senior industry leaders and representatives from diamond-producing countries to discuss the key issues shaping the natural diamond industry, including consumer demand trends, responsible sourcing, technological innovation, artificial intelligence, diamond provenance, marketing initiatives, and developments across global markets.
WFDB President Yoram Dvash said that collaboration across the industry is more important today than ever before, adding that Singapore provides the ideal setting for next week’s discussions. He expressed confidence that the Congress will demonstrate the industry’s unity, resilience, and determination to build a stronger future together.
As part of the Congress, WFDB member bourses will convene to elect a new President and Executive Committee.
First held in 1947, the World Diamond Congress serves as the industry’s leading international forum. Convened every three years, it brings together representatives from across the global diamond supply chain to strengthen cooperation, discuss strategic priorities, and support the continued growth of the natural diamond industry.
