Noam Building

Noam Building

The third building to be built at the Israel Diamond Exchange complex is the Noam building. It was built in 1980, after the Shimshon Building and Maccabi Building, but before the Diamond Tower. The building is named after its mastermind and owner, Mordechai Noam, who died in 1984.

Mordechai Noam was one of the veterans of the diamond industry, and one of its outstanding personalities. He served as president of the Israel Diamond Manufacturers Association between the years 1981 and 1983, and received the title of Diamond Industry Person of the Year in 1994.

The building has 15 floors, the least of all the buildings in the complex, but its placement and the skybridge that connects it to the Shimshon Building ensures the dynamism of the activities that take place within. The Noam Building has its own independent management company.
