India-based Kiran Gems, which produces over 1.6 million carats of polished diamonds every year, has launched a new app for selling its diamonds. According to Diamond World, the app features over 100,000 certified diamonds.
In the new app, Kiran “has developed 360-degree High-Definition Video and Image of all diamonds in order to show them virtually to customers […]”. Additionally, the app enables customers to “compare, calculate, filter, sort and personalize the diamond list” as per the customer’s requirement.
According to its iTunes page, the Kiran app provides live inventory, allows to search diamonds according to category (White/ Fancy/ Single/ Quick), and features bids on diamonds as well as “multiple ongoing deals”.
