Swarovski is expanding its “Swarovski Created Diamonds” collection of lab-grown diamonds by adding 16 new colors to the line, according to IDEX Online. The new colors were debuted during the Haute Couture Fashion Week in Paris.

The new colors are grouped into four “pillars”: Fashion, art, music and architecture. Among the new colors are Androgyny Flamingo (fashion), Cubist Sky (art), Heavy Metal Cherry (music) and Gothic Cognac (architecture). The stones in the collection range from 0.25 to 1.5 carats in size.

Markus Langes-Swarovski, member of the company’s executive board, said: “Swarovski is probably most known for our precision-cut crystals, but as a company we are increasingly focused on exploring new materials and related technologies to offer our clients endless possibilities”. He added that the new colors, cuts and sizes “are created to inspire jewellery that has never been made or even dreamed of […]”.
