Israel diamond tech company Sarine Technologies has launched “a new service providing appraisal and valuation reports of rough diamonds for various purposes – trade, financing, insurance, etc,” Rough & Polished reports.

According to Sarine, the rough diamond “is comprehensively analyzed and documented – its weight, external geometry, internal structure, tension, estimated colour and fluorescence, etc. are measured and recorded digitally, including visual graphics and video, as applicable.”

Recently, Sarine published its FY 2021 performance (ended 31 December 2021), showing a jump in revenue of 52% to $62.1 million. Sarine has attributed the rise in revenue to “overall positive business conditions for most of FY2021 and the strong resurgence of diamond manufacturing activities.”
