Rami Baron, President of the Diamond Dealers Club of Australia, spoke to young diamantaires at the Diamond Club West Coast (DCWC) earlier this week.
According to IDEX Online, Baron’s subject was “Where are we going as an industry?”, and the focus was on “the involvement of the young diamantaires and the need to pass on to the next generation the ideas passion and inspiration regarding the diamond and jewelry business”.
According to the piece, Baron launched the Young Diamantaires initiative of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses, “which aims to encourage greater industry participation among the younger generation”.
