When was the company established?
I have been a member of the Israel Diamond Exchange for over 40 years. My career began as a broker, working extensively in the diamond trade. Later, I transitioned into manufacturing polished diamonds, specializing in 5-10 carat high-quality rough stones sourced from Belgium.
As rough diamond prices rose significantly without corresponding increases in polished diamond prices, I began traveling to India monthly to purchase polished diamonds. These were tailored to meet the specific demands of clients in Australia, New York, and Europe.
Four years ago, I shifted my focus to natural fancy-colored diamonds. I now supply James Allen and Blue Nile with stones based on their precise requirements. Additionally, I design and create custom jewelry pieces for private clients.
What is your specialization?
I specialize in high-quality fancy-colored diamonds and custom-designed diamond jewelry crafted from gold and platinum.

What does the future hold for the diamond industry?
I believe that if industry leaders consistently invest in annual marketing campaigns to promote diamonds and jewelry, diamonds will remain a girl’s best friend – and, nowadays, a guy’s best friend too.
What is the most expensive diamond you’ve sold?
One of the most significant pieces I have sold was a 10.88-carat marquise diamond with D color and IF (Internally Flawless) clarity, purchased by a local client
What is the most unique piece of jewelry you’ve designed?
A custom ring featuring a 1.11-carat brown radiant-cut diamond as the center stone, complemented by carefully selected side stones.
Who was your first client?
My first client was the son of a friend in Tel Aviv, who approached me to create a ring for his proposal to his girlfriend.

If you weren’t in the diamond industry, what would you be?
With my background as a mechanical engineer, I imagine I would have pursued a career in the aviation or military industries.
