EUREKA! NORTH ARROW FINDS DIAMONDS AT MEL PROJECT

North Arrow Minerals Inc. has announced the discovery of diamonds at its wholly-owned Mel Diamond Project in Nunavut, Canada, Rough & Polished reports.

The company explored the ML-8 kimberlite, which returned “23 diamonds larger than the 0.106 mm in size, including a single, colourless diamond larger than the 0.85 mm in size”. Additional exploration targets were also found and will be drill tested in 2018.

Ken Armstrong, President and CEO of North Arrow, said: “[…] The presence of two diamonds greater than 0.6 mm in this small sample is highly encouraging. There are many unexplained positive till samples within the project area highlighting the excellent potential for additional discoveries of diamond-bearing kimberlites at Mel”.
