AMAZON WORKER ACCIDENTLY SHIPS HER ENGAGEMENT RING 300 KM AWAY

This strange story has a happy ending: Tatiana Fernandez, who works for Amazon in Gourock, Scotland, accidentally sent her engagement ring in a package 200 miles (320 km) away, but was soon reunited with the precious item thanks to an honest customer.

During a working day in the processing center in Gourock, Fernandez suddenly noticed that her engagement ring, given to her by her husband-to-be Stuart O’Neil, was missing. Fernandez, O’Neil and other workers looked for the ring frantically, but couldn’t locate it.

Luckily, the ring ended up in a box of children’s book which Fernandez sent to a woman named Stephenie Healiss in Manchester. Healiss opened the box of children’s books and immediately found the ring. She promptly got in touch with Amazon, and the happy couple got their engagement ring back. Thanks to the kindness of the one customer, Fernandez and O’Neil are now continuing to plan for their big day.
