The 2017 Emmy’s was packed full of celebrities on Sunday, but one icon still managed to shine more brightly than others: Jane Fonda, 79, complimented her fuchsia custom Brandon Maxwell gown with a very unique look: she wore a $2.5 million worth of emeralds and diamonds piece… backwards.
According to several news sources, the three-set piece, created by Gismondi 1754, featured a necklace of 70 carats of diamonds and 82 carats of emeralds which, “after minor adjustments”, the jeweler said, could be worn backwards.
Fonda also wore matching earrings, featuring 20.96 carats of diamonds and 21.6 carats of emeralds (valued at $450,000) as well as a $276,00 ring featuring 10 carats of emeralds and 1.95 carats of diamonds.
