Veteran actress Allison Janney made headlines for two special reasons last night (March 4): she took home her first Academy Award, and she arrived at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood wearing more than $4 million worth of jewels.
Janney, who won Best Supporting Actress for her performance in I, Tonya, wore a bright red Reem Acra gown with a plunging v-neck and floor-length sleeves. She complemented the unique dress with jewelry by Forevermark, including a Rahaminov Diamond Riviera Necklace set in platinum (55.26 carats), a diamond ring with side baguettes set in platinum (18.10 carats), round brilliant diamond studs set in platinum (11.13 carats), and three diamond line bracelets – one set in platinum (27.02 carats) and two more others set in 18k white gold (10.12 carats and 6.80 carats).
In total, the 58-year-old Janney wore more than 128 carats worth more than $4 million.
