Taylor Swift‘s new video for “Look What You Made Me Do” is causing all sorts of buzz, for all sorts of reasons, and one of them is all about the bling: During the video, Swift is shown bathing in a bathtub filled with diamonds. Now it turns out that the diamonds were real – loaned to the star by jeweler Neil Lane, and worth over $10 million.
According to multiple news reports, the singer wanted an “over-the-top, glamorous look” for the video, and Lane offered her “unprecedented access” to his collection. In addition to the diamonds in the tub, Swift is wearing plenty of diamond rings, bracelets and necklaces in the video.
Swift is a big fan of polished diamonds and seems to wear them on any possible occasion. She is even known to have a diamond-encrusted microphone and a guitar covered with the precious stones.
