A 5.02-carat blue diamond ring, estimated to fetch up to $10.3 million, will be the highlight of Christie’s Magnificent Jewels auction in Hong Kong on October 29, according to Diamond World.
The ring, reportedly crafted around 1923, features a flawless fancy deep blue marquise-cut diamond, accompanied by a GIA certificate. Another notable item in the auction is a pair of fancy vivid orange-yellow diamond earrings, known as the Oriental Sunrise, weighing 12.20 and 11.96 carats, respectively. These earrings are also estimated to fetch up to $10.3 million.
A total of 124 items will be offered in the auction.
