Major diamond and jewlery shows – JCK Las Vegas, Luxury by JCK, as well as GemFair, and the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show – could all be impacted by “Covid-caution and a shift of dates from early June to late August”, according to IDEX Online.
A survey conducted by National Jeweler magazine shows that 54% expect to be there for JCK Las Vegas, as well as Luxury by JCK, AGTA GemFair, and the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show. 77% of the respondents regarded themselves as “frequent or regular attenders” at one or more of the events before the global pandemic.
Last year, all the major trade shows in Las Vegas were cancelled due to the pandemic. This year, JCK Las Vegas is slated for August 27-30 at the Venetian Resort & Sands Expo.
