DPA ISSUED SPECIAL REPORT FOR CONSUMERS ABOUT DIAMONDS

The Diamond Producers Association (DPA), in conjunction with Rapaport, has issued a special report about diamonds titled “Ancient Beauty, Bold Future”. According to the DPA, the report includes info about diamond characteristics as well as myth-busting info about the mining industry.

 

The report features stories about “the long-term fascination diamonds have held”; the qualities that make diamonds “the ultimate symbol of romance”; how inclusions tell us the story of the diamond; the importance of the story of diamonds; “The truth about diamonds – debunking the myths about the industry”; “Diamonds do good” about miners investing in sustainable development goals; and a piece about responsible sourcing.

 

In mid-November, the DPA launched two new videos in its “Real is Rare” advertising campaign. Both ads were developed in collaboration with creative agency Mother New York, and are accompanied by several images for print, digital, and in-store use.
