India’s Gem Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) is organizing the International Gem & Jewellery Show (IGJS) – the “first ever international physical show post pandemic,” according to a press release quoted by Rough & Polished.
IGJS, organized exclusively for international buyers, is held on May 10-12 at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC) and showcases “India’s 200 finest, leading manufacturers of diamonds, coloured gemstones, gold and studded jewelry, silver jewelry, etc.” More than 600 international buyers are expected to attend.
Colin Shah, Chairman of GJEPC, said that “[…] IGJS Jaipur will be showcasing stunning jewelry pieces that cater to markets like the USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, Hong Kong, etc.”
