Kiran Gems group is undergoing a restructuring process. According to Diamond World, the companies – Kiran Jewels Inc., Unique Design, SDIL, Prestige (all from the US) and Kiran Export Hong Kong (from Hong Kong) – “will no longer remain [in the] Group Company of Kiran Gems Private Limited”.
After the restructuring, all these companies “would technically end all the relations” with Kiran Gems, “which continues to be De Beers GSS (International) Sightholder”.
All entities “would continue to function as normal independent businesses in their respective geographie”.
