Police in Oklahoma City are looking for a woman who managed to steal three diamonds, valued at $100,000, by using a fake ID – and never even stepping into a diamond store.
According to news reports, the woman was caught on camera outside a FedEx store, were she used a fake ID Thursday (August 10) and false information about who was supposed to accept the diamonds in the first place.
The diamonds, it turns out, were supposed to be shipped to “Diamonds Direct” near Penn Square Mall in Oklahoma City. instead, police say, the woman managed to divert the shipment. Police are now looking for the woman, while investigating how she managed to con the FedEx employees.
