Alrosa VP Yury Okoemov commented: “Trade in October was more active than a month before – the Company’s sales grew compared to September, being stimulated by additional growth in demand for small-size rough diamonds at the end of the month. At the same time, sales in October last year were higher in monetary terms due to the sale of a larger volume of products from inventories”.
