Sarine Technologies has released its Advisor 7.0 – “the latest version of its industry-leading rough planning software tool”, including “numerous new features”, according to Diamond World.
Advisor 7.0 has an Auto Planner feature, called Centralized Automated Planning (CAP), which, “enables the user to define advanced [rough] planning programs based on a wide range of parameters, such as shapes, proportions, cut grades, lab specifications and many more”. The newest version of the software also supports a feature called Customised Pricing, which integrates the software with the manufacturer’s internal pricing criteria. In this way, the pricing of the finished polished stones on Advisor 7.0 “truly represents each manufacturer’s specific internal controls”.
Sarine also included a new feature it calls a dual viewer. This feature “enables the planner to view a simulation of the planned stone using various common tools, including Sarine LightTM, Hearts and Arrows and Photo Real”.
